If you feel this is an error please contact our Billing / Support department as soon as possible by creating a support ticket from your client area. If no contact is made within 7 days from the initial suspension your account will be terminated and removed from our servers. Once your website has been terminated there is no way for us to retrieve any data stored on your account. This includes files, databases and emails.
